END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This license agreement is a legal agreement between you and Associate-O-Matic. By using this product you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. This software is protected by national and international copyright laws. This software is licensed, not sold.

GRANTED RIGHTS:
This license grants you the right to install this software on an unlimited number computer systems so long as the Amazon.com Associate ID(s), for which Associate-O-Matic is being used, are registered to you.

LIMITATIONS:
You may not rent or lease this software, you may not transfer your rights under this license agreement.

OWNERSHIP:
Associate-O-Matic retains ownership of the software.

LIABILITY:
THIS PROGRAM REQUIRES AMAZON E-COMMERCE SERVICE (ECS). IF ECS IS EVER DISCONTINUED OR BECOMES UNAVAILABLE FOR ANY REASON, THIS SOFTWARE WILL NO LONGER FUNCTION AND ASSOCIATE-O-MATIC WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE. THIS PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ASSOCIATE-O-MATIC TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED AS A RESULT OF USING, MODIFYING THIS SOFTWARE.
